The Sozialens Product Information section highlights some important aspects about the use of our different products. The Product Information section is part of the Sozialens Customer Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") and is incorporated into this page.

If you use any of the Sozialens products described below, the information applicable to those products applies to your use. We periodically update this page by posting a revised copy of https://sozialens.com/legal/product-information. Therefore, please check this section frequently for the most recent information. How we share the information we collect

1. Client Responsibilities

To maximize the full potential of the Subscription Service and Consulting Services, we require your participation. Resources that may be required of you include a project manager, one or more content creators, a content manager, an executive manager, and a technical resource (or equivalent position). Responsibilities that may be required include planning marketing programs, establishing a content creation calendar, creating posts, social media content, and other materials. Other responsibilities may include serving as an internal liaison between your company and influencers, setting higher-level internal goals for use of the Subscription Service, attending periodic review meetings, and assisting with the integration of the Subscription Service with other sales and marketing systems.

3. Sozialens IRM

When using My Influencers with other parts of the Subscription Service, you understand that all Influencer Information will be stored in a unified database that includes the Influencers associated with your subscription, and that all campaigns you use will be drawn from this unified Influencer list. b. Sozialens Extension. The Sozialens extension for Google Chrome and Outlook may leave junk files from the application settings and log files on your device even after it has been uninstalled.

c. Content. The ‘Content’ feature allows you to store social media content to be shared with you and influencers. Files you upload or download using this feature are stored by us and shared with other users of your Sozialens IRM team.

d. Electronic Signature. The electronic signature feature provided as part of the Subscription Service allows you to obtain electronic signatures of documents. The Subscription Service is not intended to store documents, function as a contract management system, or act as a system of record. We recommend taking appropriate measures to protect and save your important documents.

5. Sozialens Reports

a. Reporting Tools. The reporting tools are provided as part of the Subscription Service and are intended for use with other measurement systems. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any reports derived using the reporting tools.

6. Alpha/Beta Services

If we offer you Alpha or Beta access to part or all of the Subscription Service (the “Alpha/Beta Services”), (i) the Alpha/Beta Services will be provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, (ii) we may suspend, limit or terminate the Alpha/Beta Services for any reason at any time without notice, and (iii) we will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of the Alpha/Beta Services. If we inform you of additional terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Alpha/Beta Services, those additional terms and conditions will also apply. We may require that your participation be confidential and that you also provide us with information about your use of the Alpha/Beta Services. You agree that we have all rights to use and incorporate such information into our services and products without payment or credit to you.

7. Free trial or Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, we will make the applicable Subscription Service available to you free of charge until (a) the end date of the free trial period (if it does not end earlier) or (b) the payment date that begins your subscription, whichever occurs first. Unless you purchase the applicable Subscription Service before the end of the free trial period, all of your information in the Subscription Service will be permanently deleted at the end of the trial and cannot be recovered. Any additional terms and conditions we include on the trial registration web page will also apply to the trial.

8. Old products

If you have a legacy Sozialens product, some of the functionality and limits that apply to that product may be different than those listed in the Sozialens Customer Service Terms and Conditions, the Product Information page, and the Pricing page. If you determine that you are using a legacy product and would like to upgrade to a current version, you must place a new order. If you are using one of our legacy products that is not listed in the Customer Service Terms and Conditions, the terms that apply to Sozialens Services products apply to your subscription.
